Payment Methods

Available payment methods for your lighting order will be displayed during checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your location, selected currency, device, order value, and the payment services available at the time of purchase. Only payment methods shown as available during checkout can be used to complete your order.

Payment Authorization

All lighting orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review. Your payment provider, issuing bank, card network, or other financial institution may:

• Approve or decline a transaction
• Request additional verification
• Place a temporary authorization hold
• Apply transaction limits
• Require additional security checks

PANORAOY does not control the approval decisions, verification procedures, authorization hold periods, or release schedules of independent payment providers or financial institutions. If your payment is declined, please verify your payment information, contact your bank, or try another payment method available during checkout.

Checkout Security

PANORAOY uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform together with participating third-party payment providers to support secure checkout and payment processing. Payment transactions may be processed through systems operated by Shopify, secure payment processors, card networks, banks, and other participating financial institutions.

We take reasonable steps to maintain a secure online shopping experience. However, no method of online transmission or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For your protection, we recommend using trusted devices, keeping your credentials confidential, verifying you are visiting panoraoy.com before entering payment details, and never sending sensitive payment information through email.

Pricing and Order Total

Before you complete your purchase, checkout will clearly display the applicable product price, quantity, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. The amount displayed during checkout will generally be the amount authorized for the transaction, subject to separate fees imposed by your bank.

Currency and Foreign Exchange

Prices on panoraoy.com are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or exchange-rate adjustments. These charges are determined independently by your financial institution and are not controlled by PANORAOY.

Temporary Authorization Holds

In some cases, your bank or card issuer may display a temporary or pending authorization before a payment has been fully captured. A pending authorization does not mean a final charge has been completed. If a payment attempt is unsuccessful or an order is canceled, the time required for an authorization hold to disappear depends entirely on your bank or card issuer.

Failed or Declined Payments

Payments may be declined due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, security verification, or fraud-prevention screening. If payment cannot be successfully authorized, your order may not be completed. Please contact your bank if you need assistance with a declined transaction.

Duplicate or Unexpected Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please first check whether one of the transactions is listed as a pending or temporary authorization. If you still believe an incorrect or duplicate charge has occurred, please contact us at service@panoraoy.com with your order number, transaction date, and charged amount. Never send full credit card numbers by email.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, and usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

Taxes and Other Charges

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on the destination. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once PANORAOY issues a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account. For return eligibility, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and store, certain transactions may require additional review. We may delay fulfillment, request verification, or cancel a transaction due to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, failed verification, or unusual order activity. If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully captured, a prompt refund will be issued.
