Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your PANORAOY product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. This is especially important for fragile items like glass lampshades or delicate electronic mechanisms. We may request your order number, clear photographs of the product, photographs of the outer packaging, and a short video demonstrating the issue where relevant (e.g., for levitation lighting). Please retain the product and original packaging until our team has reviewed your request.

Product Use and Care

Products purchased from PANORAOY should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable product instructions, voltage requirements, and safety warnings.

Articulating Lamps and Moving Joints

• Handle folding arms and multi-joint mechanisms carefully.
• Avoid forcing joints beyond their natural rotation limits.
• Ensure the base is stable before adjusting the lighting angle.

Magnetic Levitation and Electronic Components

• Always place levitation bases on a flat, non-metallic surface.
• Keep magnetic components away from pacemakers, credit cards, and sensitive electronics.
• Ensure hands are dry before handling plugs, adapters, or touch controls.
• Unplug the fixture before cleaning.

Glass Shades and Metal Finishes

• Clean surfaces gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that may degrade metal coatings or frosted glass.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

Unless a product page expressly states that an item is designed for outdoor or camping use (such as our Glamping Lanterns), PANORAOY lighting should be kept indoors and protected from rain, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, and direct prolonged sunlight.

Product Warranty
